About

Where it started

Understanding how things work, identifying problems, and building solutions has been a core part of my personality since childhood. Long before I was designing business systems, I was taking apart PC towers out of curiosity.

Admittedly, I sometimes accidentally created new problems, but tinkering my way to a solution gave me a unique sense of achievement.

The pivot

I kept that drive alive and brought it into my career. Early on as a genetics researcher, I loved experimenting, but the feedback loop was too slow and the problems, while important, felt too narrow.

After serendipitously moving to tech, I found a fast-paced environment that still valued analyzing, experimenting, and problem-solving, while also giving me an opportunity to focus on the big wins.

How I work now

During this time I realized that specializing in a single tool like Salesforce alone meant you inevitably ended up forcing a square peg into a round hole, especially when platforms like HubSpot were emerging that solved problems much better for agile companies.

This realization caused a shift in my approach. I identify the exact problem first, then research and implement the best solution in a tool-agnostic manner. That has remained my core philosophy. I build solutions based on a deep understanding of your actual problem, anchored by a solid data foundation that drives efficient and scalable business operations.
