I've always been an analyst by nature.

I started in genetics, working on complex biological systems where progress was slow, methodical, and deeply structured. The work required careful observation, hypothesis-driven thinking, and precision, but the pace didn't match how I naturally operate.

I moved into tech for a faster feedback loop, but the thinking stayed the same. Early on, I gravitated toward CRM and data systems, not just configuring them, but understanding how they actually behave under pressure.

Within months, I was solving problems others avoided, redesigning workflows, fixing data structures, and improving how teams operated day to day. Over time, that became the core of my work.

Today, I design and fix business systems across CRM, data, and automation. Not by layering tools or adding complexity, but by getting the fundamentals right: structure, data integrity, and process alignment.
